Terms of Service

  • All orders must be placed in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your order date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date — usually no later than the day of the collection. Last minute orders incur an additional £20 fee.

  • All payments must be made via the methods accepted by Layers by Hazel (e.g. bank transfer or online payment).

  • Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed, ingredients and materials are purchased specifically for your bake, so refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

  • Once collected or delivered, Layers by Hazel is not responsible for any damage to your order. Please follow all storage and handling advice provided to keep your bake in perfect condition.

  • All products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens (such as gluten, eggs, dairy, and nuts). While care is taken to avoid cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee any product is completely allergen-free.
